A dynamic urban drive-thru and lifestyle retail destination strategically located in the Seef District, with an approxi- mate built-up area of 1,500 m2. The project was conceived as a modern quick-service retail and food destination, in- tegrating four dedicated drive-thru units, a central retail block, and provision for six food trucks within a landscaped outdoor garden zone. The development combines convenience-driven commercial planning with a strong emphasis on visitor experience, creating an active destination for both motorists and pedestrians.
