The project comprises a curated strip mall concept defined by fluid architectural forms, landscaped public spaces, and integrated water features that enhance the overall visitor experience.

Designed to maximize visibility, accessibility, and commercial frontage, the development features curved retail pavilions, shaded terraces, and pe- destrian-friendly outdoor spaces that encourage dining, leisure, and social interaction. The careful- ly planned layout optimizes usable areas for all units while creating a refined, hospitality-driven retail environment that blends architecture with the surrounding landscape.
