A boutique mixed-use retail and hospitality destination located in the vibrant district of Adliya, with an approximate built-up area of 4,500 m2. The development was imagined as a lifestyle-focused commercial destination comprising eight curated retail and F&B units, complemented by a boutique hotel featuring 18 guest rooms. Designed to respond to the character of the surrounding urban fabric, the project emphasizes a pedestrian-friendly environment with shaded walkways, active frontages, and inviting outdoor social spaces.
