A prominent 23-storey twin-tower headquarters development in Sanabis with an approximate built-up area of 36,000 m2. Designed as a flag- ship institutional and administrative facility, the project combines contemporary glazed façades with a strong civic presence, accommodating pre- mium office spaces and government functions within a highly visible urban setting. Arab Architects provided full design and supervision services, delivering a landmark headquarters complex that reflects authority, functionality, and modern architectural identity.
