A premium residential villa development comprising 27 unique villas within the wider Sedra masterplan in Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with an approximate built-up area of 15,000 m2. Arab Architects’ scope included the development of concept designs into coordinated tender packages for all villa typologies, ensuring design consistency across the community while responding to site and client requirements. The project emphasizes cost-effective design solutions, thermal efficiency, and contemporary family living, aligned with the standards of the larger master development.
